The Mayo-Haters Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 cups of red or green cabbage (or both), thinly sliced
  • 4 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 5 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 5 Tbsp canola oil
  • Thai fish sauce (also known as nam pla)
  • 1 thai chili, jalapeƱo or other fiery pepper, minced
  • 2 scallions, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp or more sesame seeds
  • pinch of white pepper
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Throw all of this into a large bowl and mix away.
