Ingredients

cups
of red or green cabbage (or both), thinly sliced

rice vinegar

sesame oil

canola oil
Thai fish sauce (also known as nam pla)

thai chili, jalapeƱo or other fiery pepper, minced

scallions, finely chopped
1
Tbsp
or more sesame seeds
pinch
of white pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions
Throw all of this into a large bowl and mix away.
